All the staff was incredibly polite and attentive, solved my issues. It offered GOOD service and good food too. The hotel created a family environment. The location was comfy for walking around Perissa Black Sand Beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed a refrigerator, a dining area, and a seating area in the room. Plus it had magnificent view over the pool. The location was beautiful for walking around Perissa Black Sand Beach.

Make sure you stay in the superior family room with presumably nuclear powered air conditioning. The hotel provided a terrific customer service during our trip. Pool area is well-maintained, loved this place.

The hotel is nicely decorated with a nice design and nestled in a beautiful building. The room is a nice size, high standard comes with bedroom, which was such a nice bonus, fresh towels. Staff is best and empathetic and you can park your car nearby. The location is stunning, 2 miles from Ancient Thera.

Roula Villa Studios & Apartments exceeded our expectations in every way. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a bustling area close to all the amenities we needed. It was just a short walk to the beach, as well as various restaurants and shops. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home, always ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated with a traditional Greek touch, and the daily housekeeping service provided fresh towels and a clean space to relax in. We were also impressed by the breakfast options offered at the hotel, which were delicious and provided a great start to the day.

Really enjoyed our stay here and can't recommend highly enough. Hotel was peaceful, exceptional services, and it had top location in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were airy and recently renovated with very comfy beds. The staff was well organised and hard-working, made our stay a brilliant experience.

We had a great weekend in Santorini! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated, ensuring that our rooms were always fresh and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located near a mini supermarket and bakery, making it easy for us to grab supplies and snacks. Additionally, the availability of parking spaces was a relief, as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The hotel also had a nice pool and private hydro pools, which were perfect for relaxation.

One downside was the toilet in our room. The toilet cover was not original and did not stay up, which was quite inconvenient.
